Orycoze™ – Low Sugar Brown & Clarified Rice Syrup
Orycozeâ„¢ Low Sugar Rice Syrup is a reduced-sugar grade of Agricoze's rice syrup range. It delivers sweetness comparable to standard 42 DE and 60 DE rice syrup with less sugar: as low as 24g, compared with 29g for standard 42 DE and 55g for standard 60 DE rice syrup.
It is made from rice using natural enzymes and is available in brown and clarified colour grades, in conventional and certified organic quality, including grades suitable for baby food.
Like all Orycoze rice syrups, it is gluten-free, fructose-free, vegan and allergen-friendly, giving food and beverage brands a clean-label way to reduce sugar without giving up a familiar rice syrup sweetness.

What Is Low Sugar Rice Syrup?
Low sugar rice syrup is a grade of rice syrup made to deliver a familiar rice syrup sweetness while containing less sugar. Agricoze’s Orycoze™ Low Sugar Rice Syrup comes in two sweetness levels, comparable to standard 42 DE and 60 DE rice syrup, and in both brown and clarified colour grades.
It is produced from rice using natural enzymes, without added sugars, and is gluten-free, fructose-free, vegan and allergen-friendly, which makes it a clean-label option for brands working to reduce the sugar content of their products.
